Build the skills needed to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise and drive Business Agility by applying the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). Learn how to support alignment, collaboration, and delivery across teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
During this two-day course, gain an understanding of SAFe principles, Lean thinking, and Agile product development flow. Learn how to organise around value, support team and technical agility, and adopt a customer-centric mindset. Explore how to plan and execute Program Increments (PI), coordinate multiple ARTs, and enable continuous improvement through Lean Portfolio Management and DevOps practices.

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:
- 5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
- Experience in Scrum

Exam Details
Timed, multiple-choice, 45-question exam. Completion of this course gives you access to the exam and all related study materials as part of your Learning Plan in the SAFe Community Platform. Please note that you need to attend all days of the training to qualify for the exam.
